Flying Disabled campaign is delighted to announce that Christopher Wood its founder, will be hosting the inaugural Wheelchair in the Cabin Symposium supported by Virgin Atlantic Airways on 22 September. This ground-breaking event aims to engage stakeholders in the aviation and accessibility world to discuss the possibility of creating a wheelchair space in a commercial aircraft.

The full agenda is in development, but will include key speakers and delegates from major industry players including airlines, regulators, seating manufacturers, the accessibility community and government departments.

The Wheelchair in the Cabin symposium will be held on Friday 22 September at The Base, Fleming Way, Crawley, RH10 9LX.
